Our select steers roam freely in pastures around the Nantahala region, situated between Northern Georgia and North Carolina, surrounded by National Forests.

Our region is extremely lush due to a mild, temperate climate and is world renown for its majestic, ample water tables.  These conditions provide each steer a lifetime of happy foraging outdoors on abundant native grasses, mosses, seeds and lichen.

Grazing these areas keeps our native land fertile with low environmental impact and ensures our select steer always enjoy a well-balance, delicious and nutritious foraging, primal diet.
